RB | Kansas City Chiefs | Rd 7 Pick 228
In my estimation, Smith is the best receiving back in this year's class. The WR to RB convert at SMU is electric with the ball in his hands. He forced missed tackles at a high clip (top 30) but was not impressive through contact or even as elusive as one might expect. The high end comp for Smith would be Achane but he is not nearly as effective as a rusher at this stage. If Smith lands in a wide open motion based offense like Miami I can see him having some fantasy utility given his ability in the receiving game, he's worth a dart in the early 4th round of rookie drafts.
