Rivers has been one of the favorite targets of Haynes King during Georgia Tech's best season in a long while. He is a speedy WR who primarily played on the outside and did well stretching defenses. Rivers may need to showcase more versatility and confirm he has NFL speed before he can start building a case for a mid round selection in the NFL draft.
