Cooper has lined up primarily from the slot this season for the powerhouse Hoosiers and he's scored top 10 in the country in PFF rec grade. He's hauled in some highlight reel catches from Fernando Mendoza and proved himself a true weapon. Look for Cooper to be a 3rd or 4th round selection in the NFL draft.
