Seth McGowan

McGowan is an athletic back who lit up the scouting combine with one of the highest RB verticals ever at 42.5 inches. He has some off the field issues in his past which may make teams hesitate but if he can put those behind him he has a chance to crack a backfield or maybe be a difference maker on special teams.
